Precision Powder Coating

 What is Powder Coating?

Powder coating is a dry finishing process that uses electrostatically charged powder, baked on to create a tough, even layer. It’s stronger than paint, resists chips and rust, and gives metal parts a clean, professional finish that lasts.

With precision powder coating services at RCR, we handle projects of all sizes. From individual motorcycle frames, BMX bike parts, to small production runs as well as automotive wheels up to 30" in Diameter.

Why Powder Coating Beats Paint

Powder coating isn’t just for looks, it’s for long-term protection. Unlike regular paint, powder coating bonds to the metal and cures into a tough, durable shell. It won’t chip, flake, or peel under heat, oil, or rough handling. Plus, it goes on cleaner, lasts longer, and looks better doing it.
